The Delhi High Court on Friday sought the Income Tax Department’s response on pleas by Congress leaders Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi Vadra towards the choice to switch their IT assessments to a different part on the bottom of treating it together with arms seller Sanjay Bhandari’s group.

He added that for the reason that switch was inside the metropolis, no prejudice was brought on to the assessee and the mandate calls for that if switch is from one metropolis to a different, the officer needed to give a listening to to the assessee and never in case of switch inside the metropolis.
