Alleging that the BJP was bringing in goons from outdoors to cease individuals from voting in Bengal, Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Saturday urged ladies to “confront the hoodlums with ladle, spatula” and different cooking utensils.
Addressing two public rallies at Narayangarh and Pingla in West Midnapore district, the Trinamool chief dubbed rival Suvendu Adhikari and his household as “traitors”, and claimed that one member of the family was seen distributing cash amongst individuals on Friday evening, hours earlier than 30 meeting constituencies of the state went to polls.
